year 2 semester 1 attachment officially started yesterday. into my day 2, so many feelings. under obseterics. all mums and babies. yesterday was orientation. nothing much of hands on just pure observing. posted to 'A' side of ward 53. my room had no patients so i was just walking up and down, pacing around. at 2.45pm we all met up in the nursery to learn how to bathe babies. we were just using the fake babies and they were stiff and heavy alright? not easy at all man! then lecturer said that the babies are more active and fragile. woot! in my head was like oh shit! please prepare yourself germaine! prove your mum instinct! wahahahahaha. today posted to O&G clinic. saw the ultrasound and all women's problems. its like so scary. anyway before going down i was called to shower a baby. this dearest sweety pie of mine so guai! never cry. cause he knows he gonna shower. hees. he's so sweet and cute! when u talk to him he will smile at you de! see le so want to have one baby too. 5 days old born premature at 35 weeks. so small! and light! haha. heard his sad story. so want to adopt him! his grandparents dont want him cause his mum is only 15. sian lor! the baby is innocent de! why make him suffer? hear from minmin really make me wanna just bring him home. tomorrow will go read his case again. posted to nursery tomorrow! feeding my sweety pie! hees. i just love him to bits! my heaven and motivation to work! haha. told my dad about my sweety and he say "you go ask the staff if you can bring the baby home after this friday. we shall adopt him!" wahahahahaha. even my dad want me to adopt him! hees. i always have motivators to make me go to work. in mount alvernia was charles. in ward 45 was my patient's son, chrifford. in ward 58 was *a-hem*. and now is my sweety pie!

finally its all over. i dont wanna think about it anymore. im so happy im not working with the 2 statues with gold in their mouths already. phew! a big relieve. hmmm. dont ask me about today's presentation. ms chia says " let all your hair down and dont think about it anymore". i just wanna pass this module. that's all. yup! from today. i can enjoy myself till the end of the week before attachment starts. its going to be 3 long weeks of attachment, 2 weeks of exams and 6 weeks of attachment again! wtf! its going to be so so so so long before i see the light of holidays. somebody save me! i cant believe how come i will choose this course. even my mum is thinking that my attachments are too much lar. NYP! ARE YOU SEEING THIS? hmmm. today i went to school for only an hour. or i should say its only less than 45 mins. was it a waste of my time? i thought so at the beginning. after lesson at 11 i went down to bugis with joy just to buy ice cream. lolx. so lame! its the latest japan ice cream imported by some air steward (said by joy). haha. my first dish in the morning is ice cream lar. my gosh! anway joy needed to activate her TX card so pei her walk to bras basah complex UOB to activate lor. we were walking round and round lar. then wth! its the the entrance where we entered from. haha. she shun bian dropped by at the art shop to get her fabrics for her jeans. we both were like some art student from NAFA lar. dots! all the artistes were there looking for their art materials and we both were looking for bling bling. haha. walked back to bugis village cause she needed to buy her sis's no brand bath foam. haha. too bad haven't open. walked to the causeway bay hongkong food place to eat. pictures to be updated again. haha. joy slow! lolx. after lunch. walked to topshop! got SALE! wahahahaha. i bought bikini! turqoise de! lolx. cheap so buy. not that i will always wear but got chance de. hees. its only 29! why miss the chance. plus i can wear wors. hees. hmmm. reached home at about 4.15pm. and poof! one day gone. tomorrow is my presentation! hope its a success! yup!

match this morning was a tough one indeed. the finals between italy and france. wow! first half was a draw 1-1. 7th min penalty by zidane. 19th min by materazzi. everyone was like desperately snatching for the ball lar. the ball is round! haha. second half was like a near goal for italy but it was offside. sad case. draw 1-1 remains after the final whistle. extra time 30 mins. wah lau. no chance at all. still no goal! then comes the penalty shoot out. haha. this final really play all the parts man. part 1- 90mins. part 2- 30mins extra time. part 3- penalty shoot out. i must say italy is a very tough team to beat. 5 penalty goals 5 went in! record breaking penalties man! haha. well and that is the end of the fifa world cup 2006. with italy taking the cup. france in 2nd place and germany in 3rd place. portugal made it so far to top 4 when its not even in the qualifying rounds 4 years ago! wahahahahaha.

woke up at 2.50am to watch the 3th4th placing. germany vs portugal. germany won 3-1 lar. last minute goal by nuno gomes at 87 minute. saving portugal's face. at least not a nil. no chance at all for portugal. kahn didnt even chance portugal's ball. by ronaldo, deco and simao. all saved by him. i must indeed agree that he is a very strong and good goalkeeper. portugal's ricardo also not bad lar. saved quite a number. goals by germany were unexpected. 1 out of the 3 is own goal by petite. sian lor. haha. i will not give up on portugal and will never do so. they have the potential! they can steal ronaldo's ball but they cant steal his abilities and skills. he has what it takes! wahahahaha. will he move over to spanish giants real madrid? he said he cant stay on in england. badly figured as he caused rooney a red card. if he does then his number is going to change and might be together with beckham! woot! real say they cant survive without beckham! haha. i love portugal! i love cristiano! tonight's the match for the cup. italy vs france. who will win the cup? catch the match live on channel 5 at 1.50am! wahahahahaha.
